4th Kalima in Islam PDF – Kalima Tawheed with Urdu Translation
The 4th Kalima in Islam, called Kalima Tawheed, focuses on the oneness of Allah, a belief strongly emphasized in the Quran. It declares that Allah is the only God, with no partners, and affirms His power, authority, and greatness. This Kalima is a key part of the Islamic faith, reminding Muslims to worship Allah alone.
As the Quran states in Surah Az-Zumar (39:4):
“Exalted is He! He is Allah, the One, the Almighty.”
This verse tells us about Allah’s uniqueness, rejecting any association of partners or equals with Him, and highlighting His supreme authority and power.
4th Kalima in Islam – Kalima Tawheed

لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ أَبَدًا أَبَدًا ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَالْإكْرَامِ بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ | La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu yuhyi wa yumitu, Wahuwa Hayyu la yamootu abadan abada. Dhul Jalaali wal Ikraam, biyadihi al Khair, wahuwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadeer. | There is none worthy of worship except Allah. He is only One. There are no partners for Him. For Him is the Kingdom. And for Him is the Praise. He gives life and causes death. And He is Alive. He will not die, never, ever. Possessor of Majesty and Reverence. In His hand is the goodness. And He is on everything powerful. | اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اسی کے لیے سلطنت ہے، اور اسی کے لیے تعریف ہے، وہ جلاتا اور مارتا ہے، اور وہ زندہ ہے، کبھی نہیں مرے گا، وہ جلال اور کرم کا مالک ہے، اس کے ہاتھ میں ہر بھلا ئی ہے، اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔ |
Hadith Related to the Fourth Kalima
1. Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
He who utters these words: “There is no god but Allah, the One, having no partner with Him. Sovereignty belongs to Him and all the praise is due to Him, and He is Potent over everything,” one hundred times every day, there is a reward of emancipating ten slaves for him, and there are recorded hundred virtues to his credit. A hundred vices are blotted out, and that is a safeguard against Satan till evening.
2. Narrated AbuAyyash: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
If anyone says in the morning: “There is no god but Allah alone Who has no partner; to Him belong the dominions, to Him praise is due, and He is Omnipotent,” he will have a reward equivalent to setting free a slave from the descendants of Isma’il. He will have ten good deeds, ten evil deeds will be deducted, and ten degrees will be advanced for him. He will be guarded from the Devil till the evening.
3. Amr bin Shuaib narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“The best of supplication is the supplication of the Day of `Arafah. The best of what I and the Prophets before me have said is: There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner, to Him belongs all that exists, and to Him belongs the Praise, and He is powerful over all things.”
