Dua for Halal Wealth PDF(Rizq and Sustenance)
Dua for halal wealth (rizq and sustenance) is a powerful reminder to seek Allah’s blessings in providing lawful and pure sustenance. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Allah the Almighty is Good and accepts only that which is good.” This hadith can be found in Sahih Muslim, Hadith Number 1015.” This hadith highlights the importance of ensuring that our earnings and provisions are halal.
Dua for Halal Wealth
1. اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلاَلِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ
Allahumma akfini bihalalika an haramika, wa aghnini bifadlika ‘amman siwak.
“O Allah! Grant me enough of what You make lawful so that I may dispense with what You make unlawful, and enable me by Your Grace to dispense with all but You.”
2. رَبِّ اِنِّىۡ لِمَاۤ اَنۡزَلۡتَ اِلَىَّ مِنۡ خَيۡرٍ فَقِيۡرٌ
Rabbi innee lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqeer.
“My Lord! Truly, I am in need of whatever good that You bestow on me!”
3. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْماً نَافِعاً وَرِزْقاً طَيِّباً وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً
Allahumma inni as’aluka ‘Ilman naafi’an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa ‘amalan mutaqabbalan.
“O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, a good provision, and accepted good deeds.”
4. رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbana aatina fiddunya hasanatan wa fil akhirati hasanatan wa qina azaban nar.
“Our Lord, give us in this world (that which is) good and in the Hereafter (that which is) good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”
Key Aspects of Earning Halal Wealth:
1. Legitimate Work: Avoiding income sources related to gambling, alcohol, interest-based transactions, or anything harmful or exploitative.
2. Avoidance of Riba (Interest): Income from interest-based transactions is haram; Islamic finance promotes profit-sharing models instead.
3. Fairness in Business Transactions: Engaging in fraud or exploitation is forbidden; honesty and transparency are encouraged in financial dealings.
4. Ethical Investment: Investments should align with Islamic values, avoiding industries like alcohol, tobacco, and gambling.
5. Just Compensation: Workers must be fairly compensated, and businesses should treat everyone involved with respect and fairness.
6. Charity and Social Responsibility: A portion of halal earnings should be used for charity, ensuring the wealth benefits the community.
