Acchi Sehat ki Dua in Urdu and English Translation
Acchi Sehat ki Dua: In Islam, good health is regarded as one of the greatest blessings from Allah, and maintaining it is considered an essential responsibility. Alongside adopting a healthy lifestyle, believers are encouraged to turn to Allah in duas for good health (Acchi Sehat ki Dua,) for physical and spiritual well-being. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) often recited and recommended specific duas for good health to seek Allah’s protection and guidance.

اللّهُـمَّ عافِـني في بَدَنـي ، اللّهُـمَّ عافِـني في سَمْـعي ، اللّهُـمَّ عافِـني في بَصَـري ، لا إلهَ إلاّ أَنْـتَ | Allahumma ’aafini fi badani, Allahumma ‘aafini fi sam’i, Allahumma ’aafini fi basari, la ilaha illa anta. | O Allah, make me healthy in my body. O Allah, preserve for me my hearing. O Allah, preserve for me my sight. There is none worthy of worship but You. | اے اللہ، میرے بدن کو تندرست رکھ، اے اللہ، میری سماعت کو سلامت رکھ، اے اللہ، میری بصارت کو سلامت رکھ، تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ |
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ العَافِيَةَ | Allahumma inni as’alukal-’afiyah. | O Allah, I seek Your protection and good health. | اے اللہ، میں تجھ سے عافیت طلب کرتا ہوں۔ |
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ | Allahumma inni a’udhu bika min al-kufri wal-faqri, wa a’udhu bika min ’adhab al-qabr, la ilaha illa anta. | O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You. | اے اللہ، میں کفر اور غربت سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں، اور قبر کے عذاب سے بھی پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ |
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى، وَالتُّقَى، وَالْعَفَافَ، وَالْغِنَى | Allahumma inni as’aluka al-huda, wat-tuqa, wal-’afafa, wal-ghina. | O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency. | اے اللہ، میں تجھ سے ہدایت، پرہیزگاری، پاکدامنی، اور کفایت شعاری طلب کرتا ہوں۔ |
