Hadith of Juwayriyyah bint Al-Harith (RA) In a significant Hadith narrated by Juwayriyyah bint Al-Harith (RA), the wife of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), she recounts a morning when the Prophet (ﷺ) left her. At the same time, she was engaged in her Fajr prayer. He returned later in the forenoon and found her still in the same position. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked if she had been reciting the entire time, and when she affirmed, he said:
“I recited four words three times after I had left you, which, if weighed against all that you have recited this morning, would be heavier. These are: ‘Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinata arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi’.“
