Transliteration:
Allahumma inni ‘abduka, ibn ‘abdika, ibn amatika, nasiyati biyadika, maadhin fiyya hukmuka, ‘adlun fiyya qadha’uka, as’aluka bi kulli ismin huwa laka, sammaita bihi nafsaka, aw anzaltahu fi kitabika, aw ‘allamtahu ahadan min khalqika, aw ista’tharta bihi fi ‘ilmil ghaybi ‘indaka: an taj‘ala al-Qur’ana rabi‘a qalbi, wa noora sadri, wa jalaa’a huzni, wa dhahaaba hammi.
Translation:
“O Allah, I am Your slave, the son of Your male slave, the son of Your female slave. My forelock is in Your Hand, Your predestination applies to me, and Your ruling regarding me is just. I ask You by every Name of Yours, which You have named Yourself, revealed in Your Book, taught to any of Your creation, or kept hidden in the knowledge of the unseen with You, to make the Qur’an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my sadness, and the reliever of my anxiety and worries.”

3. Allah’s Care for His Servants: Allah inspired the Prophet (PBUH) to teach us du’as to help ease our stress, showing His care and mercy towards us.
Additional Explanation:
If any Muslim is facing difficulty, stress, or sadness, and they recite this dua, Allah will respond to their prayer. By saying this supplication, Allah will remove their hardship and replace it with peace, joy, and happiness.
This dua is a powerful reminder of trust in Allah’s wisdom and justice. It asks Allah to make the Qur’an a source of comfort, light, and relief from sadness and anxiety. When recited with sincerity and faith, it brings solace to the heart and eases the burden of worries.
Which surah is for stress and anxiety?
Surah Ad-Duha (Surah 93) is often recited for comfort and relief from stress and anxiety. It was revealed during a period when the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) felt distressed, and its verses are full of hope and reassurance, reminding us that Allah is always with us, even during difficult times.
In addition to Surah Ad-Duha, Surah Al-Inshirah (Surah 94) is another powerful chapter for stress relief. This surah talks about how hardship is always followed by ease and encourages patience during challenging times.
Surah Al-Falaq (Surah 113) and Surah An-Nas (Surah 114) are also commonly recited for protection from harm and anxiety. These surahs are part of the “Mu’awwidhat,” offering refuge from evil, negative thoughts, and distress.
Reciting these Surahs and Duas for Stress and Anxiety with sincerity and faith can help bring peace and calmness to the heart, insha’Allah.
