| Ayat Al-Kursi | اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْحَيُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ ۞ لَا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ ۞ لَهُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ ۞ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ ۞ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۞ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ۞ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۞ وَلَا يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا ۞ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِيُّ ٱلْكَبِيرُ | اللہ! اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ زندہ اور سب کا سنبھالنے والا ہے، اسے نہ اونگھ آتی ہے نہ نیند۔ آسمانوں اور زمین میں جو کچھ بھی ہے وہ اسی کا ہے۔ کون ہے جو اس کی اجازت کے بغیر اس کے حضور سفارش کرسکے؟ وہ جانتا ہے جو ان کے سامنے ہے اور جو ان کے پیچھے ہے، اور وہ اس کے علم میں سے کسی چیز کا احاطہ نہیں کر سکتے مگر جتنا وہ چاہے۔ اس کی کرسی آسمانوں اور زمین پر محیط ہے اور ان کی حفاظت اسے نہیں تھکاتی۔ وہی بلند اور عظیم ہے۔ | Allahu la ilaha illa huwa, Al-Hayyul-Qayyum. La ta’khudhuhu sinatu wa la nawm. Lahu ma fi as-samawati wa ma fi al-ardh. Man dhalladhi yashfa’u ‘indahu illa bi-idhnihi. Ya’lamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum, wa la yuhituna bi-shay’in min ‘ilmihi illa bima sha’a. Wasi’a kursiyyuhu as-samawati wal-ardh, wa la ya’uduhu hifzuhuma, wa huwa al-‘Aliyyu al-‘Azim. |
| Surah Al-Falaq | بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ | شروع اللہ کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے۔ کہو: میں صبح کے رب کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں۔ ہر اس چیز کے شر سے جو اس نے پیدا کی۔ اور اندھیری رات کے شر سے جب اس کا اندھیرا چھا جائے۔ اور ان جادوگروں کے شر سے جو گرہوں میں پھونک مارتے ہیں۔ اور حسد کرنے والے کے شر سے جب وہ حسد کرے۔ | Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim. Qul a’oozu birabbil-falaq. Min sharri ma khalaq. Wa min sharri ghasiqin idha waqab. Wa min sharri naffathati fil ‘uqad. Wa min sharri hasidin idha hasad. |

Hadith-Nazar ki Dua
The Prophet (ﷺ) used to seek refuge for Hasan and Husain and say:
“A’udhu bi kalimatil-lahil- tammati, min kulli shaitanin wa hammah, wa min kulli ‘aynin lammah”
(I seek refuge for you both in the Perfect Words of Allah, from every devil and every poisonous reptile, and from every evil eye).
He (ﷺ) also said:
“Thus Ibrahim used to seek refuge with Allah for Isma’il and Ishaq,”
or he said:
“for Isma’il and Ya’qub.”
This Hadith is recorded in Sunan Ibn Majah, Book 32, Hadith 3525, narrated by Ibn ‘Abbas (RA).
