Rabbighfirli Waliwalidayya Dua Meaning with Hadith
The dua “Rabbighfirli waliwalidayya” was made by Prophet Nuh (Nuh, peace be upon him) and Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham, peace be upon him). It is found in both Surah Nuh (71:28) and Surah Ibrahim (14:41). In this supplication, they ask for forgiveness for themselves, their parents, and all believers.

And do not increase the wrongdoers except in destruction. |

Hadith:
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
When a man dies, his acts come to an end, but three, recurring charity, or knowledge (by which people) benefit, or a pious son, who prays for him (for the deceased).
Chapter: What reward man gets after his death.
